USE MY PODCAST FOR YOUR LEARNING

Know the importance of input

It is my pleasure to have lessons with all students as a teacher but at the same time I’d like to know it’s also critical for learners to focus on input in order to make your learning more effective and efficient. Lesson is more like sports game or match where you have to do the best performance. Whereas, input is more like self-training before the game. As you know, we won’t be able to get better at anything without it. This is why I decided to start this podcast you can make the most of for self-study.

5 steps to make the most of this podcast.

  1. At the first time of listening, focus on understanding the synopsis.

  2. At the second time, focus on trying to listen to every single word and expression used in the episode.

  3. Repeat the second step to have as few words you can’t catch as possible.

  4. See the transcript and check what words and expressions you couldn’t hear. In this process, check how to pronounce words you don’t hear as well.

  5. Listen again. Check if there is no more things you can’t hear and understand.
